[Best Pick] Shutter Island: The Disappearance Of A Murderer

💕Hey guys! Welcome back to the lovely movie time in [Best Pick]!

It is said that when people experience some stimulation, they will split their personalities. And it is very hard to treat this disease. Sometimes, their second personality will murder somebody and they even don’t know what just happen.

Today I will introduce a movie about this and I hope you will like it.

Alfiehitchie: In 1954, up-and-coming U.S. marshal Teddy Daniels is assigned to investigate the disappearance of a patient from Boston’s Shutter Island Ashecliffe Hospital. He’s been pushing for an assignment on the island for personal reasons, but before long he thinks he’s been brought there as part of a twisted plot by hospital doctors whose radical treatments range from unethical to illegal to downright sinister. Teddy’s shrewd investigating skills soon provide a promising lead, but the hospital refuses him access to records he suspects would break the case wide open. As a hurricane cuts off communication with the mainland, more dangerous criminals “escape” in the confusion, and the puzzling, improbable clues multiply, Teddy begins to doubt everything – his memory, his partner, even his own sanity.

”Which would be worse – to live as a monster, or to die as a good man?”

”I gotta get off this rock, Chuck. Get back to the mainland. Whatever the hell’s going on here, it’s bad.”

”I had a friend. I was with him yesterday, but we got separated. Have you seen him?”

”You wanna uncover the truth? You gotta let her go.”

That’s all for today’s [Best Pick]!
