1. negotiator

Today we are going to learn “negotiator”. It means someone who takes part in official discussions, especially in business or politics, in order to try and reach an agreement.
(1) British Prime Minister Theresa May met with the EU’s chief Brexit negotiator ahead of a crucial summit of the EU members.
(2) If you give in, you look like a poor negotiator, and the interviewer is probably not looking for someone like that.

2. unannounced

Another word is “unannounced”. It means happening without anyone expecting or knowing about it.
(1) U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis made an unannounced visit to Afghanistan.
(2) Hollywood star Johnny Depp made an unannounced visit to a London primary school after receiving a letter from one of its pupils, BBC reported.
